Dedicated Payroll Manager – You will have your own Payroll manager who is familiar with your company and your payroll, who you can speak to at any time.


Calculations - We perform all calculations necessary to produce a final wage slip including: tax and National Insurance, PAYE, pensions, SMP, SAP, SSP, and SPP.


Payslips - We produce a security sealed payslip for each employee. These are also available electronically at your request.


Additional documents - We produce all of the necessary documents for individuals and HMRC as required including P45’s, P35’s, P14’s, and P60’s


Reports – All of our reports are tailored to each individual clients’ specific requirements. Whether that be a pdf or excel spreadsheet, we can provide you with any report you need to make things easy for you.


End of Year - We calculate and compile all end of year figures and submit them to the HMRC on your behalf.


HMRC compliant - We use fully HMRC approved software.

A Brief Overview of Your Obligations
  • Auto-Enrolment is the process of creating a workplace pension scheme.

  • It is compulsory for all employers

  • Employers are obliged to offer all eligible employees the chance to join their workplace pension.

  • Auto-Enrolment is being phased in for all employers right now.

  • You can check your staging date at any time on TPR's website

  • You may be able to use an existing scheme, but it may benefit you, e.g result in lower employer contributions, to set up a new scheme.

  • You can bring forward your staging date.

The Clock is Ticking

Auto-Enrolment is being phased in for all employers. This started in April 2012 for large employers. Those employing fewer workers have a staging date between now and April 2017.

We can get you registered for CIS initially, collate all the information for you, submit your returns on a monthly basis and provide you with a figure for the amount you are required to pay to HMRC.
